You don't need to travel to Australia's (or further afield) truffle regions to experience a truffle festival. We've got a pop-up one right here in Sydney!
This weekend the team at Black Star Pastry are 'truffleising' their menu so you can spoil yourself with the heady aromas and flavours of the black nuggets of goodness direct from Bowral in the Southern Highlands.
On the menu are things like a truffle quiche, truffle custard flan, truffle eclairs and other things they say you'll have to head along to discover for yourself.
