Perhaps we are a little perverse, but this almost seems like the perfect way to spend Valentine's Day (especially for those that are single).
Michael Douglas, king of erotic thrillers in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s (Basic Instinct and Disclosure are two other shining examples), stars as Dan Gallagher, a successful New York attorney and married man. One weekend, when his wife and daughter are out of town, Dan has a passionate one-night stand with Alex Forrest (Glenn Close), an editor for a publishing company that he met through business. Silly Dan figures that it was just a simple fling, but Alex proves to be a lot more invested. Dangerously so. She’ll stop at nothing to make Dan her own, and the first obstacle is his happy little family.
