On Thursday 18 August, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar celebrates the Full Moon with its popular Icebergs X Full Moon Crab dinner. Enjoy two courses showcasing the best quality Australian seafood by Executive Chef, Monty Koludrovic under the presence of a full moon in the intimate setting of the bar area.
Restauranteur Maurice Terzini explains, "There are some many different views and perspectives from the Icebergs Bar that I love but the full moon would have to be one of the best. The intimate setting of the bar provides a unique way to experience Bondi, the full moon and fresh Australian seafood."
The two course menu, which Koludrovic describes as "showcasing some of [his] favourite Australian seafood," consists of a spuntino of crab and saffron arancini with San Daniele prosciutto, a main of spanner crab with tomato, olives, capers and anchovies, plus luscious garnishes and sides.
