Featuring agave distillates drawn from a 30-year process, the inaugural MMF presents this oft misunderstood spirit in its prime condition.
O ffering a rare opportunity to taste some truly unique juice as a cocktail or a signature serve and discuss all things agave with some of the most knowledgable mezcal brains in the country, Tio’s will be ground zero of Sydney’s first Mezcal Mini Fest. One half mezcal exposé, one half party, the formalities will give way to food, drink and inevitably a tonne of mezcal.
