Botanica Spirits & Food Festival to Showcase the Best of Australian Botanical Crafters at the Australian National Botanic Gardens this Spring.
The Australian National Botanic Gardens in Canberra is set to host an exciting new event Botanica: Spirits & Food Festival across 2 days this September. This latest addition to the Canberra events calendar is produced by the team behind another long-running popular event held through summer at the gardens, The Sunset Cinema.
This immersive festival promises to captivate attendees with a diverse range of botanical crafters, including distilleries, artisanal producers, and food vendors, offering a unique and unforgettable experience for the senses.
The festival will take place at the Botanic Gardens on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd of September, and ticket holders will have the exclusive opportunity to explore and indulge in the finest creations of over 20 botanical crafters across the four-hour session.
The festival features a curated selection of Australian distilleries, with more than 15 exceptional brands offering sampling, education, and the opportunity to purchase bottles or your favourite tipple! Gin enthusiasts and spirits aficionados will be treated to a delightful sampling journey, uncovering the intricate flavours and aromas produced by Australia's native flora.
Botanica Festival also offers a feast for the taste buds with a myriad of local food stalls and food trucks. Festivalgoers can discover and shop botanical ingredients and products that will allow them to make their own culinary creations at home. In between stalls, there is also a live stage featuring a program of masterclasses, talks & demonstrations.
