Steamed: Prawn Dumpling, Chicken Sui Mai, Vegetarian Dumpling, Scallop & Prawn Dumpling, Prawn & Chive Dumpling, Xiao Long Bao
Fried: Crispy Fried Crab & Pork Dumplings, Duck Spring Rolls (our all inspiring faves), Fried Chicken Siu Mai
Boiled: Wonton with Shanghainese Spicy Sauce
