Whether taking a break during shopping in the premium brands stores of city north, or taking another Sydney daytime diversion, this new Champagne Jacquart bar is a welcome addition to our city.
The sophisticated bar has been created in partnership with Create Catering and the iconic Australian retailer David Jones, who are known for transforming everyday pleasures into unforgettable experiences.
Champagne Jacquart Bar will provide guests with the opportunity to indulge in exquisite offerings, including the signature Champagne Jacquart High Tea, expertly curated by Head Chef Alessandro Morabito (ex Pepi’s and Bel & Brio).
The Champagne Jacquart High Tea presents an array of delectable treats such as poached slipper lobster meat on a saffron brioche bun, homemade blini with herb crème fraiche and Yarra Valley salmon roe caviar, and house-baked petite scones served with clotted cream and strawberry preserve, adding a touch of tradition to the opulent affair.
