Sydney Italian Wine + Food Festival Is On Again

How excited are we that there's just over a week to go until the great gathering of Sydney Italian Wine + Food Festival at Sydney Town Hall on Sunday August 21st.
This year they have our best ever line-up of Italian Chefs, including Giovanni Pilu, Alessandro Pavoni, Armando Percuoco, Lucio Galletto, Federico Zanellato, Massimo Mele, Nino Zoccali, Richard Ptacnik, Adam Swanson, Matteo Zamboni, David Wright, Francesco Spataro, Luca Ciano, Naomi Lowry, Giulio Bertone and Paolo Gatto, Plus there is food from Buon Ricordo, Otto Ristorante, Lot. 1 Sydney, Popolo, Salt Meats Cheese, Mantecato, Sud, Capriccio and pizza from Aperitivo.
Not enough for you? How about a food market featuring Vannella Cheese, Salumi Australia, Berkelo Bakery, Truffle Traders, Goose on the Loose, Pasta Gallery, Luca Ciano Sauces, Dolcettini, Rivareno Gelato, coffee by Espresso di Manfredi and soft drinks from Sanpellegrino. Plus there’s a mini cooking school from Salt Meats Cheese, Food Talks hosted by Roberta Muir and Olive Oil workshops with Nino Zoccali.
Taste 240 of Italy’s finest wines (including Italian-centric Aussie wines), meet winemakers, importers and sommeliers. Wine masterclasses are hosted by journalist Mike Bennie, and sommelier Matt Dunne (Aria) hosts Plumm Italian Wine Workshops for beginners.
