Four Hundred Bar + Kitchen (from Tilley & Wills Hotels) is set to refresh Sydney's tequila bar scene with its new 250 seater venue and the Four Hundred exotic collection of premium tequilas - including a partnership with former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins' from Sesión Tequila. Standout Four Hundred cocktails include the Mayahuel cocktail - named after the revered goddess of Agave, this blend of Sesion Blanco Tequila, Mezcal, Aperol, passionfruit, lemon, agave and egg white “delivers an enticing and refreshing sour-style libation”.

The new North Sydney bar and restaurant is named as a nod to an ancient Aztec story -The 400 Drunken Rabbit Gods. These cheeky rabbits fed on Pulque (the first form of tequila), got very tipsy, and out came their unique drinking personalities!
