Four Hundred Bar + Kitchen (from Tilley & Wills Hotels) is set to refresh Sydney's tequila bar scene with its new 250 seater venue and the Four Hundred exotic collection of premium tequilas - including a partnership with former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins' from Sesión Tequila. Standout Four Hundred cocktails include the Mayahuel cocktail - named after the revered goddess of Agave, this blend of Sesion Blanco Tequila, Mezcal, Aperol, passionfruit, lemon, agave and egg white “delivers an enticing and refreshing sour-style libation”.

Perfect for a quick lunch, a relaxed afternoon of boozing or settling in for a night of cocktails and bites, the rooftop restaurant menu will include South American flavours from Mexico, Peru and Cuba featuring fresh local seafood, share-style plates and street foo. Menu highlights such as the succulent 'Mojo Cubana' sandwich with juicy BBQ pork neck, Snapper Aguachile with black bean mole, fried corn and burnt lime, Ancho Spatchcock with black bean mole, fried corn and burnt lim, fresh taco bites and Pescado & Papas (a playful take on fish and chips) will tempt and satisfy.  

The new North Sydney bar and restaurant is named as a nod to an ancient Aztec story -The 400 Drunken Rabbit Gods. These cheeky rabbits fed on Pulque (the first form of tequila), got very tipsy, and out came their unique drinking personalities! The venue welcomes all 400 drinking personalities - it’s a place for everyone to get a little playful.
