Breaking news Sydney as Universal Hotels launches its new multi-million dollar pub in the heart of Darling Quarter. Darling Pavilion will bolster tye 16-strong pub and restaurant portfolio of the award-winning group.
Designed by the celebrated Australian interior designer, Michael McCann of Dreamtime (Mr Wong & Felix), the 1000 sq m venue combines casual allure with the sophistication of Mediterranean inspiration. The menu has been curated by head chef Kyle Quy (ex. Nola Smokehouse), featuring all the pub classics as well as some Mediterranean flavours such as the Whole Roast Shoulder of Lamb, with roasted potatoes, green beans, cherry tomatoes, fried garlic, parsley and red wine jus.
Darling Pavilion is located right in front of the iconic Tumbalong Park, making it the perfect spot for all sporting events such as the FIFA Women's World Cup, and also a great family-friendly venue!
