With its grand opening in October, this sashimi haven is set to revolutionize the way Sydneysiders experience the ocean's bounty. This 100-square-meter gem boasts an impressive 8-meter sashimi counter, and you can’t help but be mesmerized by the kaleidoscope of colours behind the glass – the beautifully displayed sashimi topped with fish roe and flowers on the soft bed of rice. Highlights of the menu include the Salmon belly and the Otoro Sashimi. Known as the ‘waygu of the sea’, it is imported exclusively from Japan and just melts in your mouth. The menu caters for all tastes with fresh sushi rolls, oysters and poke bowls too. 

What truly sets GetSashimi apart is the talented team of Itamaes, or sushi and sashimi chefs, who showcase their skills right before your eyes. As a patron, you can personally select your preferred cut, and the chefs will artfully prepare it, ensuring your meal is as fresh and delicious as it can be. If you're in the mood for a leisurely dining experience, you can take a seat at the sashimi train-style dining area, which accommodates 18 guests.

Since its inception in 2018, the company has seen astonishing growth, with its revenue reaching $19.4 million in 2020-2021, marking a staggering 726% increase. This success story speaks to the dedication and commitment of Antonio Muollo and his team in delivering the best to their customers.

Now sashimi enthusiasts can enjoy the same fresh offerings in one of Sydney’s prime locations.
