Corey Costelloe x Zaffi Pop-Up

In his first pop-up since leaving Rockpool Bar & Grill earlier this year, leading Sydney chef Corey Costelloe will team up with Zaffi’s Executive Chef Graeme Hunt for what promises to be an unforgettable culinary experience - for one night only on March 27 at 6.30pm at Zaffi.

Diners can expect an exciting and flavourful menu which will highlight the talents of these two renowned chefs –featuring Costelloe’s expertise in showcasing the best of Australian produce combined with Hunt’s innovative approach to cooking. Costelloe brings over 26 years of experience working in some of Australia’s leading restaurants and is renowned for his masterful skill in grilling and butchery which he will incorporate with Zaffi favourites by Hunt. The menu will be a showcase of the fresh flavours of the Middle East with a combination of smoke and fire

The $120 (per head) set menu sharing style will include delectable dishes such as Corey’s Basturma, egg & parsley salad, roasted quail tahini and curry leaves, Cooper Tree Farm ribeye with seven spice butter, lamb, pinenut and Davidson plum sausage, Battara Harra- crispy fried potatoes with chilli, garlic, coriander and lemon to name a few.

A full Chateau Musar wine pairing for $60 will include choices such as a 2021 Chateau Musar Jeune White, Bekaa Valley Lebanon 2022 Chateau Musar Jeune Rose, Bekaa Valley Lebanon 2017 Chateau Musar Red, Bekaa Valley Lebanon and Chateau Musar L’Arack De Musar, Bekaa Valley Lebanon.
